Good health is much more than what we eat. Taking care of ourselves also means moving our bodies, looking after our mental health, managing stress and connecting with others.
While there are no set nutrition rules for every person, there are some general guidelines that work well for most of us. It is important that you figure out what works best for you and your body. We recommend avoiding fad diets and restrictive eating, and instead focus on foods that nourish and mind.
The recipes in this ebook are quick and easy to follow, they include a balance of macronutrients (carbohydrates, fats and proteins) which will work well for most people, however please feel free to adjust anything to your taste.
